The service
OnQ lets you join a participating shop's queue from your phone and tells you when it is your turn. Shops run their own queues; OnQ is the messenger, not the barber.
Fair use
- Join a queue only when you intend to turn up. Repeated no-shows may lead a shop to decline your joins.
- Provide a real name and a mobile number you control.
- Do not attempt to disrupt queues, scrape data or misuse the service.
Wait times
Estimated waits are estimates. Shops may run late, extend services or pause their queue. OnQ is not liable for time lost waiting.
Accounts
Signing in is optional. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from the app.
Businesses
Participating businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their listing, opening hours, queue operation and the service they provide.
Reviews and listing content
Reviews come only from customers who completed a visit. Do not post unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, misleading, private or infringing content, spam, links or contact details. OnQ may filter, hide or remove content and block accounts or devices that misuse the service.
Use the in-app Report action or contact us if content is inappropriate. By submitting a review, description or image, you confirm that you have the right to use it and grant OnQ a non-exclusive licence to host, display and process it only for operating and promoting the OnQ service.
Liability
OnQ is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Scotitech Solutions Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
